Berman Museum at Ursinus College Receives Iconic Public Sculpture from New York City

For 42-years, William Crovello’s Cubed Curve (1972) was installed in the plaza of the Time-Life Building on West 50th Street and Sixth Avenue in New York City. Thanks to a donation by the Rockefeller Group, is now part the collection of Ursinus College’s Berman Museum of Art.  From the Avenue to the Americas to the front lawn of the Berman Museum of Art, Cubed Curve marks “the growth of our collection and programming at the museum,” according to museum director Charles Stainback. Cubed Curve joins the Berman’s collection of more than 75 outdoor sculptures spread across Ursinus College campus. (Art Daily)
